Scott has been CrossFit Coach since 2008. He has also been in the Fitness industry for the last 16 years!! Scot has competed in CrossFit since 2010 and was fortunate to qualify, coach and take a team to the Australian CrossFit Regionals in 2011 & 2012.

Scott is a highly motivated & energetic trainer and has over twenty years experience in the fitness industry. With fifteen years training as an elite tennis player, Scott’s coaching style is the perfect mix of discipline, motivation, skill and technique.

Scott continually expands his knowledge through training courses. He is also currently contracted by AAA punch as an international presenter, and is Australia’s leading presenter. Presenting both internationally and at Australia’s premier Fitness Expo – Filex

  • CrossFit Level 1 Trainer
