I have now been training with Scotty for just under 9 months, prior to meeting Scotty I went through a frustrating phase of 2 years trying to lose weight and every time I would lose weight, I would put it back on like a lot of people experience who are trying to lose weight. In the short time I have been training with Scotty, I have lost just over 20kgs and I am continuing to lose weight consistently.
Hi! My name is Andrew. I’ve started doing CrossFit about five and a half years ago. I was a hundred and sixty kilos and I’m down to about 89. It was all good up until ankle. Due to CrossFit training I am now doing obstacle course races, ultra distance events, I am doing it all. I would highly recommend giving CrossFit SFS a try.
