CrossFit

The magic is in the movement. CrossFit workouts are different every day and can be modified to help each athlete achieve their goals. The workouts may be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.

CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years. 

Strive 45

A 45 min High Intensity Interval based program with low skill level requirement for the class. You just need to show up and do the work.

Weightlifting

Pure weightlifting sessions, designed to help you build strength across lifts.

Gymnastics

Gymnastics establishes functional capacity for body control and range of motion. WHY DO WE DO IT? Gymnastics is one of the three foundational modalities of CrossFit. If gymnastics movements are performed properly, they influence every aspect of your life and have a dramatic effect on your fitness.

Strive Strength

Our old school Strength/Body-building Program that works as an accessory to the main CrossFit program to assist with moving progressing quicker and moving ‘the needle’ forward.

Strive Engine Room

The program to build the engine and raise your performance levels overall.

A sports chiropractors primary aim is to provide care in the conservative management, rehabilitation, and to optimize performance of the neuro-musculoskeletal system for the athletic and general population.  We work in a multi-disciplinary environment, working alongside an amazing community of trainers, S&C’s, support staff and other healthcare professionals to provide the best care for each individual that we see.  

Chiropractors are well known for manipulation of the spine, however, did you know we also treat extremities (hips, shoulders, knees and toes). We utilize a multi-modal approach to treatment including but not limited to soft tissue, dry needling, instrument assisted, mobilization and education. We then aim to provide an active component to your care. Not only get you out of pain, but to provide a long-term solution to reach your health and/or performance goals. Mitchell Barbara Physiotherapy

Physiotherapists diagnose and manage a broad range of conditions through the use of evidence-based modalities. The aim is to develop tailored and collaborative management plans to help you make a return to sport, hobbies, work, or improve quality of life. Mitchell Barbara Physiotherapy is conveniently located within the CrossFit SFS facility, meaning you not only have access to primary healthcare but a multi-disciplinary environment which includes strength and conditioning coaches, other healthcare professionals, and equipment to complete your rehab.
