Every day throughout the week offers a different 45 minute workout designed to keep you on the edge of your seat.
The workouts are created by ex sporting professional, Scott Williams, the founder/creator of ‘Strive 45’, and the sessions are made up from a database of thousands of different exercises over the last 25 years in the Fitness Industry, so our members never get the same workout twice.
‘Strive 45’ is designed to combine strength, power, speed, conditioning, mobility to make you look, move and perform better for everyday life.
Functional Training is the engagement in exercises that mimic or recreate everyday movement. These types of exercises typically involve the use of your full body and multiple muscle groups.
This style of training builds you up from the inside out & we cover a host of movement patterns for that everyday life – Lifting, Squatting, Jumping, Twisting, Pulling, Pushing, Punching, Kicking, Rowing, Skiing, Riding
The 45 minute duration of our workouts provide a timing structure to maximize our members’ time and progress.
Our daily workouts vary from, the Work/Rest Time ratio, the number of repetitions through the “Exercise Circuit” of each day. This provides a challenging workout for our clientele that is always evolving and never the same.
To complete the ‘Strive 45’ training package, we do our workouts in a group training atmosphere. The motivation and encouragement in a Group Training facility create an energy unlike anything else! An upbeat environment where goals are met and exceeded.
