Our concept is simple: 45-minute-High-Intensity, Circuit Training workout designed to deliver the results.


No fancy computers, no mirrors, just an old school, dig in and have a red hot go fitness program that delivers.


Every day throughout the week offers a different 45 minute workout designed to keep you on the edge of your seat.


The workouts are created by ex sporting professional, Scott Williams, the founder of ‘Hustle’, and the sessions are made up from a database of thousands of different exercises over the last 25 years in the Fitness Industry, so our members never get the same workout twice.


Hustle ’45’ is designed to combine strength, power, speed, conditioning, mobility to make you look, move and perform better for everyday life.


Functional Training is the engagement in exercises that mimic or recreate everyday movement. These types of exercises typically involve the use of your full body and multiple muscle groups.


This style of training builds you up from the inside out & we cover a host of movement patterns for that everyday life – Lifting, Squatting, Jumping, Twisting, Pulling, Pushing, Punching, Kicking, Rowing, Skiing, Riding


The 45 minute duration of our workouts provide a timing structure to maximize our members’ time and progress.


Our daily workouts vary from, the Work/Rest Time ratio, the number of repetitions through the “Exercise Circuit” of each day. This provides a challenging workout for our clientele that is always evolving and never the same.


To complete the Hustle ’45’ training package, we do our workouts in a group training atmosphere. The motivation and encouragement in a Group Training facility create an energy unlike anything else! An upbeat environment where goals are met and exceeded.

Hustle ’45’ was established within CrossFit SFS, Canberra in January 2014 as a CrossFit Box, Strength & Conditioning Centre, Weightlifting and Personal Training facility, that provides challenging fitness conditioning sessions in a supportive atmosphere.


Unlike other training alternatives, the hustle ’45’ program ticks all the fitness boxes for strength, power, speed, conditioning, mobility.


Our low impact, high intensity interval training, combined with whole body strength is designed specifically to give all participants the best results along with optimum health and wellbeing.


Here at Hustle ’45’ we strive for variation and excellence. Every session has been modulated to broaden the training stimulus as much as possible. Your body will only respond to an unaccustomed stressor; routine is the enemy of progress and broad adaptation.


Do not subscribe to high reps or low reps or long rests or short rests but, strive for variance.


We have a host of training sessions here at Hustle ’45’ and they have been designed to cater for people just starting out and looking to improve their overall health and wellbeing, all the way up to professional athletes.


Hustle ’45’ is available to everyone, we always train together, and stay together, and no one gets left behind.

The Hustle ’45’ program is perfect for all Corporate Business Groups and Sporting Teams, at our 1280m2 facility. With specific programs for either team conditioning, wet weather and/ or business ‘Team Work’ sessions.


Sessions can be tailormade to your sporting team or business and delivered at a time convenient to your group. If needed, we can also come to you.
