We also offer FREE child minding to all those fabulous Mum’s so that they don’t miss out on that hour of sanity each day.

We have 1280m2 of purpose built CrossFit space, with everything you need to become fitter/faster/stronger.

We have a separate weightlifting room with specific ‘Weightlifting’ training if you wish train up for some comps.

We are also pleased to now provide a whole new space, with the all new ‘Strive 45’ High Intensity Interval based program. This is fast becoming one of the fastest training method’s in the world, with its get in, get out type of workout structure.

I have now been training with Scotty for just under 9 months, prior to meeting Scotty I went through a frustrating phase of 2 years trying to lose weight and every time I would lose weight, I would put it back on like a lot of people experience who are trying to lose weight. In the short time I have been training with Scotty, I have lost just over 20kgs and I am continuing to lose weight consistently.
