As many of you know I own CrossFit SFS here in Hume, Canberra A.C.T. If you have received this that means you have sponsored the Capital challenge in the previous years, or we are contacting you as we would love to have you on board for 2022.Over the years I have ran several large CrossFit Comps, the most well known is the Capital Fitness Challenge, Judgement Day & the RAW Fitness Challenge.I have ran the comps from 110 to 340 athletes and this year I am back with a massive 2 day event here in Canberra! It is time to bring back a worthy comp to this this area of the Country!!This year we are holding multiple categories:Category 1: Individual Advanced M/F & Masters 35+Category 2: Individual Intermediate/NoviceCategory 3: Mixed Pairs & same sex pairsCategory 4 : parent & sibling (one day event only)The date for this event is Sat 5th & Sun 6th Feb 2022Saturday will be a 6am arrival for a 7am start, then Sun 7am start with a 3pm (at latest finish depends on number of athletes).This fitness event is an open event that will cater for ALL levels of people that want to jump in and have a go!!
