Billy’s an energetic and motivated trainer who combines his experience as an athlete and passion for fitness to bring the best to his clients. With a background in Professional Rugby, and current ambition for competitive CrossFit, there is no doubt for Billy’s passion for health & fitness.
Billy offers a functional approach to fitness, having experience in variety of training methodologies including CrossFit, Strength & Conditioning, Body Composition & Powerlifting. Along with 5 years experience on the gym floor in both a personal training & group class atmosphere, Billy has recent experience in managing numerous gym facilities.
