Xmas Timetable for Strive Fitness

We will have a Xmas timetable up next week guy’s

Same as the last 3 years, it will be a modified timetable, of probably 1 – 2 morning classes and only 1 arvo class, + some open gym times will be available. Mostly Strive & CrossFit will be together with 2 options for each workout based on skill level.

COVID restrictions are lifting next week which will make it easier to deal with numbers.

**PLEASE NOTE ALL SESSIONS WILL BE SCALED TO SUIT YOU, so all the Strive Members can do any sessions over the Xmas break


Warm-up

(5-15 mins):
2 rounds:
200m Jog (increase pace each round)
10 x Hollow Rocks
10 x Kipping Swings
10 x Single Arm KB Deadlift (5 per arm)
10 x 1/2 KBS

Then;

5-4-3-2-1
Kb Swing
Pull-ups (or scaling equivalent)

Metcon

(20-50 mins):
AMRAP 30 minutes (with a partner):
Run 400m
21 Kettlebell Swings (24/16kg)
12 Pull-ups
