Lifting: 12 min push jerk week 3 (test 25/7/18)
10 @ 50%
8 @ 60%
6 @ 70%
4 @ 75%
2 @ 80%
*based off 25/7, 1rm, if you missed then just off last known

Gymnastics: 10mins
HS Holds –  floor balance with partner holding legs
*scale to pike on box/floor

Cond: 16 min EMOM
Min 1: 11 bar facing burpees
Min 2: 9 Front Squat @ snatch weight
Min 3: 7 power snatch @ 60-65% 1rm
Min 4: rest
