The team at Strive Weightlifting Canberra have been training the house down lately.

Canberra Gym workout of the Day:

Warm up
500m row
then
2 rounds
10 Broomstick good mornings
10 pass thru
Specific bar warm up with coach

Lifting (week 2):
Every 2 min for 10 min (5 sets)
3 posi snatch @ 65-75%
Hi hang | Hang | Ground (power snatch if you cannot full squat snatch)

Cond
AMRAP 12
6 power cleans 60/40kg
9 bar facing burpees
12 Front rack lunges 60/40kg

Mobility or

Accessories if time
A. Gymnastics for quality (accumulate if needed)
3 rounds
40 sec HS hold on wall
40 sec supaman hold
40 sec max ring dips (use band if needed)

B. Core
3 rounds, 30 sec each
Leg raises
Plate twists 10/5kg
Ab Mat sit ups
