Wed 5/9/19 : Strive 45 HIIT Canberra

For those that feel a bit daunted by CrossFit, then we have just the class for you with our 45 min Strive 45 HIIT program here in Canberra.

With sessions running 6 days a week, it is a great class, combined with a mix of HIIT, strength and mobility to give you everything you need for your fitness.

Warm Up
2 rounds:
60sec Bike
15 Wide Grip Scap Pull-ups
20sec Nose to Wall HS Hold
10 DB Bent Rows @light

Lifting: 12min
Build to heavy 3 squat snatch (3 reps must be done in 1 min ea time to count)
Then
EMOM 8
Odd: 5 power snatch @ 75% above
Even: 5 MU (strict pull ups)

Cond 
7 rounds
10 deads @ 110/75kg
5 bench press (all sets of bench must be unbroken but push the weight about 75-80 of bodyweight)
Target Time: 15 – 18 mins
