10m ea way banded monster walks
10 KB front rack, kneeling to standing (5 ea side)

Lifting 12 mins
Find new 1rm Hang squat clean
4 x 3 Push Press @ 75% 1rm (same weight as last week)

21 Power Cleans 60/40kg
15 Lateral Barbell Burpees
15 Hang Squat Cleans 60/40kg
9 Lateral Barbell Burpees
9 Thrusters 60/40kg
