We don’t care how much weight you can lift here at CrossFit SFS, our only concern is technique | skill | practice

Training is not all about how much you can lift, here at SFS we want to get you as fit/strong/fast as possible with movements and progressions that will serve you outside the doors of the gym.

Is sitting in a pec deck at globo gym in Canberra going to help you do anything else?

Warm up
3 rounds
3 laps shed
3 wall walks
30 sec wall squats
10 pass thru

5rm Deadlift (no bouncing)

Conditioning Intervals
For total time:
2 Rounds
60 Double Unders (45 ses skipping)
15 Clean and Jerk 60/40kg
Rest 2:00
2 Rounds
40 Double Unders (30 sec skipping)
10 Clean and Jerk

Accessory 8 min
Max distance ball carry at stomach
*every stop 5 x GTS with ball
