Wed 2/5/18 : Consistency is Key to weight loss

Miracles will not happen overnight, it years for us to put weight on and look a certain way!

That means it takes time to get the weight back off!

This is one of our Strive 45 outdoor members (image of post) – 26 weeks (roughly) of consistent work = 30kg of weight loss

It won’t happen overnight, but if you stick to the process it will happen. Great work Brian.

Warm Up

4 rounds
50 skips
10 lunges
20 HS hold

Lifting: 15 mins 
Find 3rm OHS

Gymnastics + strength
Every 2 Minutes for 20 Minutes
10 Back Rack Walking Lunge Steps AHAP
One Max Set of Strict Handstand Push-Ups (scale as needed)
Alternate movements

2 x 500m row time trials (rest 1:1)
