Wed 20/2 : Is your coach/trainer still learning Canberra

My question to you is, have a look at who is coaching your classes when you go the facility you train at. Do they continually look to improve themselves in some way? Are they going to courses or training programs to better themselves?

I have been a coach/trainer/mentor now for close to 25 years (yes I am getting old), and I still regularly go to seminars, coaching programs, training days to better myself.

Why? No one knows it all, and the Sport of Fitness is evolving at a rapid rate! The more knowledge I acquire, the better I can serve my own fitness community!

CrossFit SFS workout of the Day

Warm Up (5-15 mins):
Lunge & Rotate x 20 reps (10 per side)
Hollow Hold x 20 sec
Cossack Squat x 20 reps (10 per side)
Hollow Hold x 20 sec
Air Squat with 5 sec Pause x 10 reps
Hollow Hold x 20 sec
Jumping Squat x 10 reps

Then;

Warm up to back squat weight and commence sets

Strength/ Skill (15-35 mins):
Back Squat
6 x 3

WOD (35-55 mins):
For time:
Run 400m
150 Wall Balls 9/6kg
Run 400m
*Every time you break your wall balls, run a 200m penalty lap

Time cap: 20 minutes
