The all NEW ‘Hustle 45’ classes are set to start out of CrossFit SFS in the next month.
What : a cross between CrossFit & think F45 type classes.
Our head coach has developed a series of programs that has taken out all the technical skill movements like snatch & clean & jerk & also taken out the dance steps & bosu discs. This will be a grungy down to earth, jump in and get the work done, interval based program.
When : 5 days a week (to start, then also Sat once numbers increase)
5.45 or 6.15am start
12..15 : Tues/Thurs (outdoor in Tuggeranong) – currently running
5.45pm ; TBC time may change a bit

10 Push up Shoulder taps
10 dish/arch bar
10 plate front squat (5 x tempo / 5 normal)
Gymnastics: EMOM 10
Odd: 5 wall walks
Even: 8-12 pull ups (your choice)
3 x 12 front squat @ 50%
15 push ups
20 sit ups
25 air squats
