30 HS hold
10 air squats

Gymnastics: HS 6/6
5 x max set of unbroken HSPU every 2 mins

Strength: 15 mins
4 x 2 Back Squat @ 85%
2 x 2 back squat @ 90%

Cond
4 x AMRAP 4 minutes:
15 T2B (V snaps)
15 Wall Balls 9/6kg
15 Bar Facing Burpees
Max reps Power Snatch 50/35kg
