Tues 7/5 : Gym Meals Direct Canberra

Just a quick shoutout to the legends at Gym Meals direct here in Canberra for looking after us during the month of ‘Murph’, we really appreciate the support.

Warm Up (5-15 mins):
Easy 400m Jog

3 rounds:
5 x Inchworm Push Ups
5-10 x Ring Rows
15 x Hollow Rocks

Faster 200m Jog

Then;

Dedicated Rope Climb technique work with coaches for 5-10 mins focusing on footwork on the rope (eg. Positions, Locking off, descending the rope etc.

WOD (15-55 mins):
5 rounds for time:
Run 400m
30 Push-ups
5 Rope Climbs (15ft)
