Warm Up
2 rounds
10 cal on a machine
5 inch worms
10 plate tempo squats 10/5kg 1.3.3.0

Strength: (week 5)
5 x 3 Pause front squat @ 65% 3.3.3.1

3 x 10 BB Romanian Deads @ choose load

Cond : 15 min AMRAP
6 SHPU (scale to kip/ab mat as needed)
9 deadlifts 102/70kg
30 DU

Accessory Gymnastics (week 3)
3 x 20 sec chin over bar holds
3 x 20 sec top of rings
3 x 20 sec bottom of rings
*accumulate time if you can’t hold
