Tues 29/8/17 – Canberra people the time is NOW!

If you have talking about getting fit, but have yet to make a start, then NOW is the time Canberra.

With Summer only a few months away, if you put the work in now you will reap the rewards in Summer.

SFS workout of the day:

Warm up : 2 rounds
1. Run shed 1 min
2. Bottom of dip hold 20-30sec
3. 8 Deadball squats
4. 20 sec sprint on rower

Lifting – 12 mins
Back Squat
3 @ 50%
5 @ 60%
7 @ 70%
9 @ 60%

Conditioning
5 rounds
10 Strict HSPU
10 Strict Pull Up
Target Time: 8:00
Time Cap: 13:00
