2. Bottom of dip hold 20-30sec
3. 8 Deadball squats
4. 20 sec sprint on rower
Lifting – 12 mins
Back Squat

5 @ 60%
7 @ 70%
9 @ 60%
Conditioning
5 rounds
10 Strict HSPU
10 Strict Pull Up
Target Time: 8:00
Time Cap: 13:00
