Tues 27/2/18 : Canberra Gym kill 18 point 1

We have close to 50 people doing the 2018 CrossFit Open here in Canberra and just want to say you all killed it!

A huge shout out to all the first timers for jumping and having a go and doing an awesome job! (couple of images below)

Warm Up
400m run
Then 2 rounds
5 plate squats 10/5kg (tempo)
5 burpees
10 ea step ups

Gymnastics: 8 min
HSPU skills/drills
Adv : 8-10 EMOM

Strength: EMOM 8
Min 1: 8 – 12 DB step ups 22.5/15kg
Min 2: 15 HRPU
Cond : AMRAP 10
12 DB snatch (6l/6R)
10 burpee over DB (new standard)
8 CTB (pull ups ) {ring rows}
