Tues 26/7/16 – CrossFit Games was insane

Well what can I say, the 2016 CrossFit Games was RIDICULOUS!!

CONDITIONING
For time
30 ring dips
60 box jumps @ 30/24”
120 swings @ 32/24kg (to eyes)
*EMOM 3 burpees

RX +

10 box jumps to 30/24″
15 HSPU
20 alternating pistols
