Tues 24/10/17 – Needham CPA sponsor Capital Challenge

Lifting – 12 mins (wk 2 of 4)
1 Power Clean + 4 Front Squat + 1 jerk of choice
@ 75% of last week or
Build to a heavy in 12 mins (if missed last week)
complex every 2 mins = 6 sets

Conditioning 
5 rounds for time
10 OHS 40/30kg
20 DU (40 single)
10 TTB

Accessory: 2-3 rounds
10-15 GHD (Int/Beg : 5-7 half rep GHD
1 min Banded walks
10 ea leg weighted lunges (choose weight)
