Yes there are plenty of gyms, health clubs, CrossFit boxes, Functional Fitness Facilities, Personal Training Studio’s etc in Canberra (about 120 at the moment), so there is plenty to choose from!

CONDITIONING
For max distance in pairs
3min row for calories
3min rest (partner rests)
4 rounds
