Future super coach Maddy beside me helping put the program together for CrossFit SFS Kids.. Love this kid soo much!

SKILLS
Alternating minutes for 20mins
Odd – 3-5 power snatch (not heavy NOT light but focus on form)
Even – 5-8 chest to bar pull ups

CONDITIONING
0-15mins
3 rounds
25 power snatch 30/20kg (adv 40/30kg)
25 sit ups (adv TTB)
15-25mins
3 rounds
40 double unders
10 squat cleans 30/20kg (advanced 40/30kg)
25-40mins
3 rounds
20 box step ups (Advanced box jump 24/20”
20 thrusters @ 30/20kg (advanced 40/30kg)
