Tues 16/1/18 : Canberra Gym that does the training for you!

Yep I knew you would click thru!!!

Just letting you know that you can’t just sign up to a gym and expect¬†it to just happen.

YES, you do have to do alot of work, and it is not easy, and it takes dedication, time, patience, and month after month of regular consistent training!

Plus you need to have your nutrition & sleep on point.

Nobody said it would be easy, but I can guarantee you it is worth it.

For me I train for two reasons : 1. to be a good role model to my kids & 2. daily to stay away from the Zimmer Frame and nursing home when I get old.

Where do you want to end up?? Hopefully here at CrossFit SFS, we won’t do the work but we will get you to where you want to be with your health & fitness.

Warm Up
500m row
then
5 ea 1 arm bell press
5 ea 1 arm/leg deads
5 burpee broad jump

Gymnastics:
5 mins : ring dip practice
5 mins : TTB tech practice

Strength:
5 x 2 front squat @ 80%

Cond
4 RFT:
21 Wallballs 9/6kg
18 Cal Row
15 TTB (hang knee / V ups)
12 DB Snatch 22.5/15kg
