Yes I know it is cold, yes I know it is hard!

Don’t think about it, just do it.

I know it will make a difference.

Get up do the work, train hard, have fun, look great in Summer…. SIMPLE

Warm up
3 Steady Rounds:
10 ½ KBS
15 casl assult

Lifting
Back Squat
10 @ 60%
8 @ 65%
6 @ 70%
6 @ 75%
6 @ 80%

Conditioning
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
10 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups
15 Burpee To 6″ Targets
20 Box Jumps, 24/20 in
25 Wall Balls 9/6kg
50 Double Unders

Goal: 4 Rounds
