TECH/SKILL/WARM UP
Toes to bar
Death by toes to bar BUT focus on QUALITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
However your reps increase by 2
Min 1 = 2, min 2 = 4, min 3= 6, min 4= 8 etc etc

RX+
As above but increase by 3’s

POWER
* skills & drills first (10 mins, then)
Snatch complex
ALL TOUCH AND GO REPS
3 power snatch , 2 HANG “squat” snatch, 1 OHS
*10mins for a complex (skills focus no fails)

CONDITIONING
5 by 2min rounds
*must complete work in 2mins to go to next round. Can’t get in front of the clock though
20 thrusters 30/40kg
20 box jump overs 20/24”

RX+
10min AMRAP
10 alternating DB or KB “squat” snatch (use a weight that is safe)
20 box jumps 20/24”
