10 Push Ups
5 Strict press bar

Specific Warm up
Clean tech work with coach

Strength (week 1) – 15 mins

Build to 3rm Hang Squat Clean

Cond
3 Rounds for time
10 Power Clean 60/40kg
20/12 Calories on Bike
30 Wallballs 9/6kg

Core
100 hollow rock + 50 supaman arch
