CONDITIONING
*Athletes to be grouped and start at different stations

1. 200m run
20 shoulder to over head 50/35kg
200m run
15 shoulder to overhead
200m run
10 shoulder to overhead
200m run
5 shoulder to overhead

REST 5mins

2. 30,20,10
Pull ups
deadlifts (100/70kg)

REST 5mins

3. For 10mins
4 Muscle ups
5 Squat clean thrusters 60/40kg
6 HSPU
*If NO muscle ups work 10 dips or transition dips per rounds as pull ups)
