Thurs 9/2/17 – 10kfor250km Canberra Fitness

CrossFit SFS have jumped on board to help two amazing girls get ready for a crazy race & raise money for Rare Cancers.

They are doing a 250km Race through the Nimbin desert in Africa on the 30th April.

I am looking after the girls and doing their training for them to help prepare for this gruelling event.
