Thurs 5/10/17 : Term 4 Kids Ninja Warrior Fitness at Canberra Gym

Term 4 ‘Kids Fitness’ starts Mon 9th Oct at CrossFit SFS Canberra, and this term we will be introducing some Ninja Warrior training for the kids into the program.

With things like : strength, balance, holds, swings, climbing all being built into the fitness program for the kids.

HURRY only limited spots left for the last term

Mon : 4 – 9 yr old
Wed : 10 – 15yr olds

CrossFit SFS workout of the day

Lifting – 10 mins (wk 3 of 4)
4 x 3 behind the neck press @ 75% (up 5% on last week)
4 x 3 push jerk @ 80-85% (up 2-5%)

Lifting – 12 mins (wk 3 of 4)
Back Squats
5 x 3 @ 90% (up 5% on last week)

Conditioning
10 min EMOM
Odd: 10 power cleans 50/35kg
Even: 12 burpee over the bar

22 reps to a round
* goal is to really push and try to hold on!!
