Amazing effort by Andrew from the Strive Weightlifting team, went 6 for 6 and broke all his own records.

10 KB Press
20 1/2 Kettlebell Swings
5 pull ups
5 ea lunges

5 x 2 strict press @ 90%+ (3rm three weeks ago)
