5 muscle snatch bar
5 power snatch
5 OHS bar only

Lifting – 12 min
Find 3rm OHS

Metcon :
4 Rounds For Time:
20/15 ski/row (fill ski’s first)
35 Air Squats
15 GHD (25 Ab mat sit ups)
*adv only to use GHD

ACCESSORY Strength – if time
3 x 10 bent over BB row
3 x 10 BB bicep curl
3 x 20 band tricep extension
