Strength

1rm Front Squat
1rm Push Press

METCON

“Double Press”
4 rounds for time:
15 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20”)
15 Dumbbell Push Press (22.5/15kg)

Time cap: 12 mins

Strive HIIT 45 Session

30 min AMRAP
work can be done in any order

20 DB Snatch
4 tyre flip or 1 lap ball roll
10 DB over shoulder
1 lap prowler
10 pull ups / ring rows
5 burpees
20/15 cals ski/row
3 laps farmers carry
