5 X 5 strict press @ 75%

Lifting – 12 mins (wk 2 of 4)
Back squat 5 X 7 @ 75% of last week or if missed last week
Build to heavy 4 X 8

Conditioning
5 rounds
1min Max cals rower
30 sec rest
1 min max burpees
Rest: 1min
Score = cals + reps ea round
