Fri 24/11/17 – What is your Excuse Canberra

If you want look and feel better then stop eating shit Canberra!

You can go to any restaurant or even takeaway for that matter and get good quality food, and we have plenty of great restauarants in town.

I am sick of the oh it is too hard I am going out for dinner excuse, or my metabolism is too slow! BULLSHIT…..

I am sorry to say but¬†there are no excuses other than the fact that you don’t want to change! Which is fine, but you have to ask yourself what do you really want?

How do I know? I used to be one them as well. Yes that is right 113kg fat, lasy, unfit.

Now I am 81kg, 44 years old and fitter and leaner than I pretty much ever was!

So give me another excuse..

Get off your arse, clean your food up & getting moving – find a gym, CrossFit Box, Boot Camp any sports you enjoy and find the time to do it.
