– Perfect number of chest to bar pull ups
+ 30 double unders (unbroken advanced athletes)

POWER (build to heaviest)
Hang power clean + 1 power clean + 1 HANG squat clean + 1 jerk
You have 5 attempts

LACTATE THRESHOLD POWER
Each individual must row 500m at full speed for a total of 4 efforts
You must rest 5 mins between each row
*score is you fastest and slowest time
