Incase you didn’t know here at CrossFit SFS we run Boot Camps in Canberra both in the City & Tuggeranong, Mon to Thurs lunch hit me up if you want more info??

Lifting
Clean & jerk (EMOM)
5 x 65%
4 x 70%
2 x 75%
3 x 1 @ 80%

Conditioning
3 x AMRAP in 4 mins of:
5 Push Press, 60/40kg
30 Double Unders
5 Power Cleans, 60/40kg
30 Double Unders

Rest 2 mins between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP
