Congrats to the the top 3 of each division of the Capital Fitness Challenge over the weekend, you all deserved to be on the podium.

Squat clean thrusters 60/40kg | 70/45kg | 80/50kg

Conditioning
5 rounds
12 DB lunges 22.5/15kg
9 DB cleans (if no DB use KB’s)
