Now is the time to enrol your kids into our term 4 Strive Kid Fit Program here at CrossFit SFS Canberra.

With a host of fun activities to help your kids with – skill, balance, coordination, running, jumping, gymnastics skills, team work, ninja warrior training and a heap of fun, book now to not miss out!!

Warm Up
2 rounds:
2 lap shed run
5 burpees
10 OHS broom

Lifting – 8 min EMOM
5 OHS @ 75-80% (OHS weight – 25/8/18)

Metcon
3 rounds
300/220m ski/row
6 Power Snatch 60/40kg
12 OH on the spot Lunges 20/15kg plate
18/15 cal Assault bike

ACCESSORY Strength – if time
3 x 10 bent over BB row
3 x 10 BB bicep curl
3 x 20 band tricep extension
