Thurs 1/8 : Bored of your current gym program?

Here at CrossFit SFS, Strive 45 in Canberra, our program isn’t just high intensity, cardio workouts. In our latest programming, we have been doing quite a bit of strength work (and developing technique) with a focus on Back Squat, Deadlift and Bench Press.

CrossFit SFS workout of the Day

Warm Up (5-15 mins):
With a single Kettlebell:
2 rounds:
10 x KB Pause Goblet Squats
5 x KB Windmills each side
2 x KB Turkish Get Ups (each side)
5 x KB Overhead Lunges (each side)
30 sec Plank Hold

Then;

Warm up to working weight for back squats

Strength/ Skill (15-35 mins):
Back Squat
7 x 2

METCON (35-55 mins):
21-15-9
Toes-to-Bar
Hang Power Snatch (35/25kg)

Rest 4 minutes

21-15-9
Toes-to-Bar
Thrusters (35/25kg)
