Tues Tips CrossFit SFS

Ensure you are putting in the work on the recovery side of things, otherwise you may hinder progress in the gym. Here are a few of the areas I focus on:
➡️ adequate sleep
➡️ enough fuel for your body
➡️ mobility work
➡️ managing load & reducing load/reps as needed
➡️ downtime (guilty of not being real good at this)
➡️ recovery days (swim, sauna)
➡️ eat whatever I want, at least once a week

CrossFit SFS – WOD

Strength

(15-40 mins):
5 rounds for total reps:
Max reps Strict Press @50% bodyweight
Max reps Strict Pull-ups
Max Reps Bench Press @ 3/4 bodyweight

Rest 2 minutes between round

Metcon (40-50 mins):
AMRAP 7 minutes:
1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc.
Box Jumps
Toes-to-Bar

Mobility
