CrossFit SFS – Workout of the Day

Warm-up

2 min choice
then
10 x Inchworm Push-ups
10 x Pause Air Squats
into bar work
5 x Clean Grip Deadlifts
5 x Clean Pulls
5 x Muscle Cleans
5 x Pause Front Squats
mobility
3 x High Hang Squat Cleans
3 x Hang Squat Cleans
3 x Squat Cleans
rest
3 x Press
3 x Push Press
3 x Push Jerk
3 x Split Jerk

Then;

Warm up to opening weight

Squat Clean and Jerk (build to heavy 3)

Metcon

(35-50 mins):
“Straight Chief”
AMRAP 15 minutes:
3 Power Cleans (60/40kg)
6 Push-ups
9 Air Squats
