As the open finishes for another year the last workout is a ripper!

It’s also something that can easily be done in teams so that’s what we are doing !!

Try and challenge yourself a bit today, use a smaller band or have a go at the Rx weights and movements if you feel you are ready.
Ask a coach to give you a hand if you need, that’s why we are here.

Reduce ball weight and range of motion for wall balls
