Strive Workout of the day

As many rounds and repetitions as possible in 10 minutes:
30 x squat Jumps
15 x Push ups
100 meter shuttle run (50m out and back)

Scaling Options:
Squat jumps : air squats / seated squats to bench/chair
Push Up : knees or target push ups
