Strive for Success Youth Program Canberra

Well that is it for 2020 with my ‘Strive for Success’ Youth program in Canberra, and all I can say is WOW!!

A huge shout out to Lynee and Jas for setting up an amazing team, it has been a crazy year to say the least, but I believe in our program. Over the last few months I have come across several of our old students and it is amazing to see them and how they have changed/transformed from the program!

Bring on 2021, I can’t wait to do it all again!

CrossFit SFS – Workout of the Day

Warm-up (No Measure)

3 min cardio of choice
then
2 rounds
20 Pike Shoulder taps
10 walking lunges
1 lap bottoms up KB carry
5 ea DB snatch

Metcon

3 rounds for time
Options:
1: 15m HSW or
2. 4 wall walks (to a place you are safe)

20 DB snatch 22.5/15kg

– rest 2 min

Metcon

6 rounds for time
12/8 cals bike
3 – 5 strict pull ups / ring rows
10 single DB Thrusters (5 each arm) 22.5/15kg
