10 x lunges

10 x kang squats

5 x HRPU’s

5 x inch worm (no push up)

Metcon (No Measure)

30 sec on 15 rest x 3 then rotate

Sled lap push / pull

Boxing into bag on ground

Station 3.

Plank plate drag

Station 4.

2 x KB squat + 2 x KB swing

Station 5.

Shuttle runs
