Strive 45 – Thurs 8th

CrossFit SFS – Strive 45

Warm-up

2 rounds.

Run 5 laps

5 x controlled push ups

5 x no push up burpee

25 sec plank hold

25 sec super man hold

Metcon (No Measure)

EMOM x 4

Min 1. Bike (max cal for the min)

Min 2. alt DB bicep curls (alternating aim for 6-9 reps each arm)

Min 3. cont plate push for the minute

Min 4. Devil press (aim for 6-9 reps) – or burpee DB snatch

Min 5. rest

Finish:

30 sec on 30 sec off – cardio of choice x 8

*90% effort each time*

Core – on coach (if time left)
