Warm-up

2 rounds.

Cardio 40 sec

Med ball squat x 10

Med ball pver head press x 8

Med ball slam x 6

Mountain climbers x 20

Metcon (No Measure)

IN PAIRS!

Part A. 8- 10 min

P1. Overhead weight plate hold

P2. Heavy KB farmers carry

then swap

3 sets each

Part B. 20 min

you go, I go

Row 1000m

50 med ball pass sit ups (together)

50 Thrusters

50 Weight plate front raise

50 Box dips

Both hold a plank for 60 sec together

Ski 1000m

*in between each round must complete 1 lap of heavy KB farmers carry together

*If finish before time cap make your way back up the ladder
